Portraiture: What We're All About
Unlike most studios, we offer a more personal solution for your photographic needs. We do not have a studio and will shoot in most public locations as well as your own home. Many of our clients find that by shooting in their own home, the experience is much more relaxed and comfortable. This also affords our clients the opportunity to include different clothes changes as well as personal family items (like monogrammed blankets, etc) in the shots that they might not have thought to take had they visited a studio. It also provides quality imagery that will for years to come seem more like family memories than just family portraits. In addition to the incorporation of your own home, we have studio equipment packed up and ready to bring to your home as well. We use our consultation time to discuss any studio-like shots that you might want and can bring the appropriate equipment with us. So, don't worry! You can still have a home shoot and get the studio look.
If you're not up for a home shoot, we've got you covered! We also offer on location shoots. We have several "photo walks," but are also willing to venture out to new locales. So if you have a suggestion we're almost always willing to give it a try. Our three "photo walks" are downtown Prattville which starts at the fountain and ends at mission playground, downtown Montgomery Riverwalk which starts at the tunnel entrance and ends at the splash pad, and at Montgomery's Blunt Cultural Park (where the Alabama Shakespeare Festival and Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts is located).
Newborns
Package 1: Baby's first year of life: package includes either newborn (within first 10 days of life), 4 month, 8 month, and 12 month sessions OR 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month sessions. The newborn session will be a three-hour session and the remaining sessions will be one-hour. The package will include a DVD disc consisting of 8 high-resolution images with rights-released for you to print as you wish and 8 internet-ready images of your choice. You will receive the disk upon completion of the 12 month session, however if you would like a disc after each session, you can receive four discs with 2 images each.**
Package 2: Baby's first year of life: package includes either newborn (within first 10 days of life), 4 month, 8 month, and 12 month sessions OR 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month sessions. The newborn session will be a three-hour session and the remaining sessions will be one-hour. Package 3: Baby's first year of life: package includes either newborn (within first 10 days of life), 4 month, 8 month, and 12 month sessions OR 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month sessions. The newborn session will be a three-hour session and the remaining sessions will be one-hour. The package will include a DVD disc consisting of 16 high-resolution images with rights-released for you to print as you wish and 16 internet-ready images of your choice. You will receive the disk upon completion of the 12 month session, however if you would like a disc after each session, you can receive four discs with 4 images each.** Package also includes one 8x10, two 5x7's and twelve wallets all in your choice of kodak, metallic, and/or true black and white photo papers.
